All of our services are available individually and the fees negotiable.

Should you require our fully comprehensive service, our costs are as follows:

Home Search

Property Purchase

Registration Fee: £350.00 No VAT is currently charged.

This is payable upon instruction and is non-refundable but is deductible from success fee.

Search Length: 26 weeks.

Success Fee: 1% of the purchase price is payable upon exchange of contracts.

Property Rental

Registration Fee: £250.00 No VAT is currently charged.

This is payable upon instruction and is non-refundable but is deductible from success fee.

Search Length: 4 weeks.

Success Fee:1 month's rent payable upon signing of lease.

Relocation Services

Daily Rate - Available upon request.

Building & Renovation Project Management

This service is tailor-made to suit each individual client and priced per project.
